PlanKori builds software, websites, mobile apps, and AI systems for international clients. Compliance is part of delivery—not an afterthought. We follow our Privacy Policy and implement access controls, least-privilege practices, and secure handling of client credentials. When projects involve personal data, we discuss roles (controller/processor), data flows, and retention expectations during scoping.

For AI features, we prioritize grounded responses, human handoff paths, logging where appropriate, and clear disclosure when users interact with automated systems. We do not knowingly build systems intended to deceive users or violate platform policies.

We aim for inclusive interfaces and can incorporate WCAG-oriented practices when included in scope—semantic structure, contrast, keyboard access, and assistive-tech considerations. Full certified audits are available as an add-on or via specialist partners.

We respect third-party licenses (open source, fonts, stock, APIs) and expect clients to provide rights-cleared brand assets. Final IP transfer terms are defined in each agreement upon payment.

Fintech, healthcare, and other regulated industries may require additional controls (KYC integrations, audit trails, HIPAA-oriented architecture discussions, etc.). We scope these explicitly; compliance certification of your organization remains your responsibility unless separately contracted.

We use reputable cloud, AI, design, and communication vendors. Upon request for enterprise deals, we can provide a summary of key subprocessors relevant to your engagement.
